Broken key?! Not sure if in the right place but stuck!

Any help is appreciated guys!

Basically my key wasn't turning smoothly in the ignition anymore when it was one way up, but the other way up was fine... still I wasnt happy though. Had a look at it & it looked really bent! Switched to my spare key & thats like a dream!

Anyways cause it was bent, went to Renault & they cut me another one, £8, cant complain. But this one wont do anything, will push in, but do nothing else, wont even turn at all...

So did they cut it wrong? Or is there something more of a problem here? I'm really confused :dapprove:

Did they cut the new key from the bent one or from the one that works?

I would say its just dodgy key cutting!

Take it back and show them!

They cut it from the spare that works... i'll take it back tomorrow then!
