Done a search and didnt find anything so though id ask here.
04 plate 182.
Driving today for about 15mins and in that space of time had to slam on and skid twice due to idiots pulling out. Was doing 40mph'ish both times so nothing excessive. come upto some lights at 40mph..press the breaks and nothing at all. Foot was to the floor and car was only slowing slightly so obveously had to handbreak/down change gears to stop.
Anyone had experience of this before? It couldnt have been break fade as people go on track days and need to drive for a good hour or really give the breaks some stick before that happens? Disks/pads were changed at 24k and now on 39k and the disks hardly have a lip.
Come into my estate and breaks appear to be working better but not fully.
Any ideas guys??
