brakes not responding very well help

looking for some advice my front brakes on my 197 cup are not responding too well ive cheked the pads and they look ok still a few thousand miles on them. any one got any ideas as to what may be causing this

yup ill bet £10 your pads are binding in the caliper, all 197s, 200's, 225's do it, take them out (you'll have fun) and dress the edges off the back plate with a grinder - done
