Brakes grinding

My brakes are making a harsh grinding noise.

I'm guessing it's just the pads that are worn so I'm gonna replace with OEM. Just wanted to know whether it is better to get them from renault or from a trader on here?

If Renault is recommeded, has someone got a price and part number?

Sure you dont need disc's aswell

I had to have the discs and pads done on mine recently. I'd been letting my dad borrow it and he'd worn the pads down so the caliper was rubbing on the disc and causing the grinding sound, I'd check you dont need new discs too as the caliper will ruin them if its rubbing on them.
