Brake pedal squeak after depression

Morning guys and girls,

I just wanted to check if anyone has had this problem before and could help. When I depress the brake, I get this squeak that happens after I allow it to return. I assume this is some form of lubrication problem?

Any help would be appreciated, it's been driving me nuts
