Brake pad dust

Dose anybody know if there are any known health issues with the brake pad dust that builds up on our wheels, the reason I ask is that I wash my car ones a week on the same spot and I’m getting a build up of dust.

Any info would be helpful.

only if the pads have aspestos (sp) witch they stopped using in about 1998
