Brake Pad Change - Can I do it myself?

Hi there,

Was just wondering whether this is a relatively easy job to carry out or not? Could pay a dealer/garage to fit new pads but fancy having a go myself and wondered what are the chances of cocking it up?! Any recommendations of pads? The car is going next month to make way for my Megane R26 so want to spend as little as possible really...

yea pretty easy i did mine. theres a guide in the members section if you fancy paying £5

Very annoying as I have just noticed my membership has expired! My Megane R26 comes in April so not going to both paying the £5 to renew membership as I'll probably move to the darkside known as MeganeSport.Net!

Ah well, might just take the thing to a garage
