boot lock not working!!

hi, today i noticed the lock on my boot (mk1) doesnt work with the central locking. anyone got any ideas what the problem could be?

not sure but my doors do the same have to unlock them with the key to get in. somebody let us know. plz

checked the solenoids?

the solenoids on mine are fine it seems as though the pins get stuck half way and click back down again but cant see anything stopping them moving up. wel theres nothing in the way of them anyway
