Blue 172 or 182 with white wheels knackered on the M25 jn 13 slip road

Oh dear. I spotted a forlorn looking bloke with quite a tidy either 172 cup with white painted cup wheels or a blue 182 with same wheels, facing the wrong way on the verge about to be dragged onto a flatbed (the car didnt look damaged though).

Is that poor sod on here?
