Sorry if this has been covered and if it has please can you point me to the right thread 
My gf has the new blackberry torch 9860 and the phone is playing up;
1) The BB button & Return buttons decide to work when ever they like
2) The phone now and again flags up an error with the charger saying it does not support the device even though it will be fine other times and charge it
3) The battery life is crap! Wifi and bluetooth turned off during the day.
I believe it is to do with the OS and saying to wait for an update but she is getting more annoyed with it as each day passes.
Anybody have these issues and rectified them?
