There must a be a reason why is coming loose? are the threads or nut knackered? take the nuts off and replace them with Nyloc nuts, they won't back off...

Can you take it off and weld the join? I have done this in the past with annoying exhausts. Janspeed and Ashley mild steel to name a couple but then they were mild and not stainless steel.

I usually get them Sat right, Mark them and then whip them off and get it welded up. Removes options but then it's fit and forget.

The genuine Renault one I think jus by comparing it on ebay to the pictures not sure if they are the correct threads and nuts though. Does yours have any support in the middle??

Think nylocs will melt, try 2 plain nuts locked together with a serrated lock washer.Twin beam nuts, please do a little of research of your own.Dont think you have OE CLAMP,it was a single bolt item,SKU 701458596.
Perhap take a second look,my 172 centre section was totally cracked where pipe went into one of the centre silencers.
