best way of getting rid of oxidation in tight spots

im currently sanding down my R19 alloys wheels for a refurb, there is absolutely no kurbing but lots of oxidation especially in the tighter areas. Can anyone tell me the best way to sand it down as its driving me insane.

what sand paper are you using to remove the bubbling and oxidisation on the alloys? I am about to start refurbing some in a few days and just geting some info.

Cheers
