Best way of distributing cable TV round my flat?

Basically I have Virgin Cable TV/Internet in my living room and looking at getting the tv signal into my bedroom and my flatmates bedroom. - only thin walls and 10metres max dist.

I know that you can get little wireless senders and receivers for Sky - can you get this for cable? Has anyone got one that works well?

very easy to do except you will all have to watch the same thing and walk through to the living room to change channels
