Best TV speakers for £60?

I know it's not a massive budget but it's for a Christmas presents my mum shall be buying for someone else. I have Aego M's which are brilliant but they've gone up in price since I got mine and are around the £130 mark now! Recommendations please

JBL Creatures? I have the Creature 2's and love them. Got them about 6 years ago and still use them now!!
