best coilovers for cup packed and non cup packed sport

as above, im not interested in slamming my cars more on the handling side, i have a mint ff rb 182 and a 172 track car so i want to sort them both out but dont want to waste a fortune on both cars getting it wrong, and please only comment if you have tried different kits. track car (172) is in need 1st as the eibach/cup set up is struggling. get your opinions up boys, cheers
