Best £100 camera please guys?

I found this for a family member who wanted a cheap compact, very good for the money, the images are surprisingly good for what is a £70 camera. Some interesting effects and things if you’re into all that, and a 720p HD video mode too.

Or this Samsung smart camera for only £9 over budget, but does include Wifi connectivity etc, which is a good feature for a camera of this class
