Belt Dilemma

  BMW 330D
When I bought my Clio in December I looked through the invoices and it had a cambelt change at somewhere called Abacus pretty recently. The bill was really well presented and I googled the garage and they seem alright http://www.abacusautoservices.com/ so I was happy with that. However I knew the aux belt would need to be changed so i took it to a local garage to be done.

When i drive the car now it makes a high pitched squeaking on full lock, the power steering pump has always been loud but its getting really annoying n when I am parking. I am also aware of how important the belts are when selling the car especially on here lol.

Is it best that i just get both belts done at a Renault specialist? Ideally I would go to BTM performance but its a bit far. NW performance are pretty local do these come with CS approval?

NWP do not come with CS approval, especially when it comes to belts. I have never had first hand experience mind.

Travel to Fred, he's worth it.

Assuming you just had the aux belt changed and not the tensioner or idler?

Yeah because you have the timing belt off to do that don't you? I think he just changed the belt, at the time I didn't realise it was that importants because the cambelt had been changed
