Everyone will say different, do 80-30 about 20 times and you'll be fine. Don't come to a complete stop.

IIRC the Instructions that come with the pads say pretty much what Danny said - 20 to 30 good drops in speed with increasing brake pressure as you go through them

As above go out early in the morning do some good hard stops from 70 ish to 10-20, I did about 7 or 8, it is just a case of getting the brakes hot and transfering the material to the disc, but try and make sure you are near a motorway so you can just get on and drive for about 10 mins without using the brakes to allow them to cool down.

Dont do any hard braking, or any long breaking. You want to wear them in without excess heat, both of the above will do just that. You want heat, but not lots.
The principle of bedding is is to match the 2 faces, and transfer material, the slower and more lightly you do this the less chance of putting too much heat in to them, which will cause the pads to glaze.
This is easier when you have new discs and pads as both surfaces are dead flat, so a closer match, Its more important to be careful when just changing pads, as disc surface is more likely to be uneven.
