Since you're inundated with replys buddy I'll give you my experience
I haven't actually ran them on a clio but found that 14 front & 12 rear worked for me on my Impreza. Totally different animal I know, but also found that they were a bit of a waste unless the rest of your chassis was in good order. Absolutely essential that your car is professionaly set up by someone with a good reputation for specialist cars too.
A really old thread of mine but as a few people now run these in track cars, what settings are you using? Really generic question I know but interested to compare.
What Spring rates are yours?
On track fully hard on the rear, 5 clicks back from fully hard on the front.
On the road, 5 clicks up from fully soft front and back bring back some compliance....I only use mine on the road driving to and from trackdays/testing though!
