BC coilovers spring rates

Hi all,
In the process of ordering some BC BR coilovers and trying to decide which spring rates to go for. It's a dedicated track car, stripped and caged.
Any info appreciated.

8kg all round is a good starting point.

Get the DR version too, better valving. The BR are bouncy as f**k when you stiffen the dampening up.
