Needing some help guys.

Ive got an Nas on my network and I just wondered what would be the best way to setup my laptop so any new stuff I buy on Itunes also gets copied over to that. Be it daily or weekly. Its getting a bit annoying copying stuff over individually, and havinh to work out what I have and havent copied
