Backing up Hotmail Inbox/Folders

I want to backup my hotmail inbox to my hard drive. What do you lot reckon is the best or easiest way of doing this?

not sure if this still works, but you used to be able to use outlook express (should be on your pc, is included with xp) to do it. tools, accounts, add, mail. This will then let you download your emails to your computer where you can save them in outlook folders or .eml files.
