Another vote for PS3 here, Blu-Rays, DVDs, LoveFilm, BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, 4oD, Can update firmware over t'internet easily - and you can play games on it if you can be bothered.

No brainer imo.

Sony BDP-S480 is around £150 and does 3D as well as internet video, Youtube, iPlayer, 4oD etc.

You can also watch downloaded video files from a memory stick on ps3. I use my ps3 more for watching stuff than playing games.
