Anyone in Dorset available to fit my rear shocks

As the title says would any one be able to fit the rear shocks on my cup as I don't really want to pay £40 quoted by garage, also I'm waiting for the comments but can someone fit my thermostat? Would greatly be appreciated and would pay for your time

Changing the rear shocks on my 172 was incredibly easy!

Really isn't hard will take less than half an hour to do, the only thing is the nut at the bottom can be quite tight so keep spraying a bit of WD40 on it for a couple of days before you do it.

Hmmm seems to be the common answer that they are easy to fit, thanks Dan maybe a bit far but I will maybe come back to you.
