anyone 18 with a 172/182?

  1.6 Astra ... R.I.P. 182
on parents insurance maybe its possible but on your own not a chance

deffinet chance ... my policy for example - 19yo, worst postcode + parked on street yet its £1200 so if i had a garage/driveway and lived somewhere in the middle of nowhere it would be ALOT less

yeah not bulls**t mate, i was surprised as everyone and bit there hand off at that price.. limited to 6000 miles aswell.. but i dont think that made any difference anyways

Parents must be totally clueless to insure a 172/182 with the "kids" on knowing full well who the main driver will be.

Wonder if they know it's illegal right?

Look up the word "fronting"

get sick of it, everyone always says there is no way its right blah blah blah.. but i didnt even phone them to haggle, done it online, think it was the second quote i got

  Clio 1.4 16v
i had this arguement with the lads in college, im 21, and i went to college last year, how ever wasnt for me. but i went the sensible road, started off with a cough fiesta 1.1, then a golf 1.4 then a vento 1.8. all the lads were like "yeh im gettin a 2.0 16v, bla bla bla"

they dont know anything and are more likely to crash. wait a few years grow up alot. then youll have experience! 30,000 isnt that much tbh, and to go from a 1.2 to a 172 in under a year of driving! your having a laugh mate...

i havent paid over a 1000 a year yet!! dear me, dont be so daft, £3k!

Im 23, I drive 172 with 0 NCB and pay £1100 with Direct Line.

I think anyone who is less than 20 should not be able to drive over 100bhp cars.

The way i use to drive i would have surley killed my self many times over with 172bhp.. lol!

My previous cars i learn't to drive in over 5 years was:
