Hi all,
New to clio ownership but long time petrol head. He is one has me stumped.
Car was running fine (front brakes overheating but that seems to be a regular issue) then completely cut out. No bangs or excitement, just dead.
Now I have a flashing red "stop" light (owners manual says coolant temperature light) and occasionallyrics the immobiliser doesn't turn off. When it does the engine turns over but doesn't fire up.
Also when I first turn the key on, the relays in the engine bay tick on and off for 2 or 3 seconds.
Anyone had a similar issue??
Any ideas what I can do to diagnose?
For clarity it's a 2002 clio 172 cup in blue ;-)
