is it possible to change it cos if i leave the window or sunroof open even slightly it goes mad

Key in ignition switch on and off 3 times (Not engine starting but just so dash lights come on) get out of car, lock car and it should beep at you telling you the interior sensors are off.

it will re arm next time you unlock and lock the car again, so you will have to do this everytime you get out of the car. This is providing the PH1 has the same alarm as the PH2
