Alarm fault

  RB 182
I've had a problem with my Viper VX480 alarm as after disconnecting the battery. Now I have to unlock, lock and unlock on the remote to get the car unlock. I need to get it looked at by an installer, preferably one that deals with Viper alarms in the Cambridge/Essex area if anyone has a suggestion as the person that installed it isn't in business anymore.

Has

  RS 182 - Black Gold
DONT let GAP Security look at it lol....

Erm all i can suggest is use a Clifford/Viper Authorised installer.
(Think you can get info from their websites)

Maybe a setting thats changed from the battery removal or at worst a faulty brain box.

Didn't think of the Viper site but having a look the website only really deals with the American market.

In that case look at the Clifford UK site. They are the same manufact. of Viper Alarms all made by Directed Electornics in the US.

Find a specialist near you in Clifford alarms and more then likely they will sell/know about the Viper stuff.

No problem :)

Worst case if you have no joy i know a very good specialist in both Clifford and Viper alarm altho he is located in the West Midlands, he could provide phone help tho :)

Let us know how you get on.
