Airbag light easy fix.

So im getting aftermarket seats soon and have been talking to some friends about the airbag lights..

My mate suggested it would just be easier to remove the actual airbag light bulb.

Would this be acceptable? Will it be ok for mot?

It wil, fail MOT. It has to do a certain sequence when the ignition is switched on otherwise it fails on MOT. So the light needs to be there and functioning correctly.

Take the car to someone who has clip and knows how to work it properly. Get them to reconfigure the airbag computer. This is what I did when I fitted my trendlines. Light still goes through pre check then stays off! Happy days
