Advice on this bean

Been offered an inferno off a friends dad recently. Been looked after, fsh etc. Not sure what model it is but has the cruise control and aircon, with silver 182 wheels. The only down fall is that the belts have still to be done. The cars on 49k at the moment, says i can take it for £3100.

Does this seem good or is it better to take one with the belts already done?

This. However if he won't budge with the price for the sake of £200 don't let it go.
