Advice on Generic Ktec Basemap

What's the opinions on the Ktec Basemap which is similar to the Rs Tuner as in it's mappable from a remote source through a distribution channel (DDC doncaster).

Is it like the Rs tuner map? Does it improve idle and smooth out the kick?

Does it improve performance and allow for aftermarket upgrades to the exhuast and air filter?

Is it as good as using an RS Tuner when price pays NO PART AT ALL?

Ktec's mapping is legendary.

By legendary I mean s**t.

Whack ktec mapping into the search bar and prepare to read plenty of threads.

Haha RS Tuner it is then! I read something the legendary Chip had put regarding their base map being okay but sounds a bit risky for me haha.
