Accord Type R seats into Ph2 172

Thinking of getting a set of Accord Type R seats (Recaro) for my Ph2 172. I've been offered a set without rails pretty cheap, would I be better off paying a few £ more for a pair with rails (and modifying them I'm guessing?!)or am I going to need to purchase a different pair of rails all together?

(I have access to grinding/welding materials if need be)
