abs warning light and esp light are on after discs and pads fitted on 192 cup

Hello im in need of help since fitting new discs and pads on my clio 197 cup
the esp light and the abs light and service light are on I read someone's post saying on his it was the ecu
Picking up brake fluid pressure before brake fluid switch had been trigered how do i fix this , please help help help
