ABS is broken

Since I lowered my PH2 Dynamique with Raceland Coilovers my ABS has been f*cked. When I brake, the pedal crunches under my foot and the brakes themselves make a grinding/crunching sound. When I travel over a certain speed (of around 30mph) the ABS light comes on and the problem goes away (as the ABS is turned off).

I have no idea what is wrong but it is very annoying and pretty dangerous, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check your abs rings are all still intact.

Yes or the sensor.

Ok cheers for the help mate, I've bought 2x ABS rings for £3.75 each... If it isn't the rings then I'm not to bothered for a little short of a tenner! The sensors cost a little more, like £20+ per side as far as I can see, but will invest in two sensors if I must!
