Abs cutting in early dci 68

  Inferno 182 & Saxo
In a dci68 mk2, just changed the discs and pads as the old ones were scrap. Now it feels like the abs is cutting in early even on light braking applications, seems to feel like its the off side front wheel. Checked the pads and discs all seem fine. There seems to be a fault with the abs mind - the light is coming and going intermittently and when it's off this cutting in early/grinding feeling through the pedal happens. With the light on the pedal feels fine as the abs system is disabled, so could it be sensors or abs rings maybe? Any help appreciated

Anyone else had a similar problem? It's like the ABS cutting in every time you brake now. That said one of the abs rings was corrodod a bit and a little bit loose could move a mm left and right

New driveshaft time? Or Am i correct in assuming they are a shrink to fit job so can be slipped over while hot from the other end
