Specifically seeking a little info. regarding our car , bought 6 months ago with 110k on the clock and drives well, engine in v. good condition
. It's got the much-discussed
movement in the gearstick when changing gear/slowing-up. The engine movement is minimal when rocked but don't get the state of the top (driver's side mount) which has no cover and consists of a rubber block within a steel bracket which allows movement of approx. 10mm - is this OK or are we missing something ? And
is the gearstick movement down to the dogbone (lower link) mount ? Thanks.
