53 plate gear box

hey guys i have a gearbox off a clio sport 172 53 plate with cruise control and and traction control its for sale at the moment but i dont think it has the circlip problem cause u cant see a circlip inly a plate with 3 bolts or screws cant remember witch one but just want to know are the 53 plate with the tc and cc the same as a 182 gear box cause i have a 182 so if so i will keep it
