520 x 90 is the size of the recess. Some use 83 and 85mm. Check out fancyplates and use their constructor to make it

No I don't think so. They are scaled down slightly to fit the plate I think, therefore it is an illegal plate.

I used double sided tape, goes on and holds and comes off easy enough when needed

I use heavy duty velcro, works a treat and means plate can be removed for cleaning behind it, put back on, swapped wasily for show plate/track plates (or no plate) etc etc
