2004 1.2 problems

Hi all
I know nothing about 1.2s so any help gratefully received
A mate of mine has a 54 plate 1.2 clio and is having a few problems with it.
There has beeen an engine light on and sometimes it goes into limp mode and won't go over 3k rpm
I have plugged my rs tuner in and got the following

Any ideas?
