200 splitter fit 197 with miltek?

Was thinking of having my rear splitter finished in gloss black but then drove past a clio 200 today and remembered how sweet that rear splitter looks with the silver exhaust rim things. I hear that the 200 splitter fits straight onto a 197 on a stock exhaust - what sort of trouble am I going to have fitting one of these to my 197 that has a miltek system fitted (if it will even fit at all)

You will need to order the heat shield and maybe even have little extentions added to the miltek so it does not melt the diffuser. the 197 exhaust finish shorter than the 200.
