197 power steering issue

Got in to the car this evening, dont know if im just going mad but i am sure the steering is heavier.

Car is only 2 months old (to me) and im a little paranoid about it to say the least!

Checked all the tyres and theyre fine - just seems that little bit harder when parking it.....

Anyone else have this issue? Any wisdom of what it could be? Frozen liquid?

Powersteering on the 197 is via an EPAS unit mounted on the column inside the car. There should be no reason why its heavier/lighter due to ambient temperature.

Best get it checked if its definately heavier as something will be causing it.

Just take it back to the stealers, you bought a new car so you have a warranty, get them to check it out.

Also it can't be fluid as it doesn't have PAS fluid its electronically assisted power steering.
