197 Gold Service?

Been looking at a few 197's, a couple i've come across have advertised the fact that they have recently had a 'gold service'.

Just wondered what this entailed? Whether it was belts etc or something different?

no! mine is having a gold service at the moment had to replace the T for a s**ty renault modus for the day . Just air con is extra few other little details golds £250 normal like £170 ish!!

Does the belt have to be replaced after 5 years/60k like the 182?

not sure for 182 know my trophy is 36,000 or every 5 years but heard the 182 is 62k but i'd expect it to be the same not sure! (People seem to leave it late! Most 182 drivers say 60K phone renault)

182 is 72k or 5years trophy is the same.
Aux belt is 36k or 5 years
Not sure on 197, probly similar.

Yep just had a look around on clio197.net etc, says belts need to be done 72k or 5 years, same as 182.

wonder if they take engine out also? Maybe not as bonnet is so small. Possibly less pricey?

From what i've read, apparently it is an easier job than on the 182/trophy.

I assume that would mean cheaper, but knowing Reno, probably not..!

197s are not on a floating system and also more space (apparently)
So supposed to be cheaper.
