ITB's and ECU are easily £2500+
I've only ever seen SADEV cup cars though so I reckon someone built this one to cup spec for competition. Even still 8 grand is good!

Is it one of the Michelin Cup cars? There was (is?) a series for basically standard 197s that was associated with the main Clio Cup.

Still, as @Yorkshire Pudding says, that's still a decent price really. Got some nice bits on it.
