182 Xenons on a non-sport

Anyone done this before?
Was driving on the motorway in poor conditions and realised how bad the standard halogen headlights are compared to the xenons even with good bulbs (Phillips Xtreme vision). Can you straight swap 182 xenons into a non-sport with standard headlights? Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find a thread.

Yes mate, straight plug and play for them.

Just make sure you're buying ones equipped with the bulbs/igniters etc otherwise its a HID kit and ballast locating, less f**king about with the OEM items.

Also, beware of having a set posted, the tabs/clips are almost guaranteed to break, pick up if you can.

Thanks Danny. Great info. Is there any way of telling they've had an HID kit fitted? Never been a fan of those tbh- more trouble than they're worth.
