182 wheels on a 172 with Sportlines- Catching rears?

  Ex-172 owner. Now a Mini!
I swapped my 172 wheels for 205/45/16 182 wheels and also had Eibach Sportline put on about two years ago and have only just noticed that under load at the rear, I can hear 'rubbing'. I've never noticed it before as I have very rarely had anyone or anything in the boot.

Does anyone elses do this?

I removed the arch liners too to see if that helps but it doesn't. Would 5mm spacers be sufficient as I assume they're catching on the inner tyre rather than outer.

205's are too wide. you need to use 195 profile tyres.

205's are standard size on the 182 wheels I have on. But I assume the 182 with cup pack has a wider track or something. Will put 5mm spacers on and see what happens. Just odd how I've never noticed any problems until nearly 2 years later!
