182 starting problems

Over the last week im finding it hard to start the car...I dont no wether our lass is to blame for running the motor on petrol vapours for it to pick up crap from tank or change in the weather...

Its regular serviced so cant be the plugs?

Any other ideas?

MIght be worth checking the TDC sensor, is it harder to start when its already warm?
