182 springs any different to 172 springs?

  In between cars....
Maybe a daft question i dont know but

Im doing the strut top mounts soon, have got new front struts and front and rear 182 springs on their way to me (got um free)

Are the 182 springs any different, are they worth throwing on the 172?

Cheers Chris

  '07 Impreza, 182 sold now
in what language does FF mean Cup?? FF is the Full Fat one, whether or not it was 'Cup packed' is completely different

FF was a dealer abreviation meaning it had the full fat treatment

full fat car with all the trimmings, i.e both cup packs

  M2 Competition
Lol. Fullfat means it has all the trimmings, so both cup packs. Indeed a made up cs term, which has then moved on to the dealers using it (the influence we have eh!)

So if your springs are from a 182 ff (with the anthracite wheels) they will indeed be cup springs.
