182 runs bad when cold, fine when warmed up, emmision light on

As the title, our 182 is running badly when cold, and won't idle. I have to hold the revs up with the throttle until its warm and then it runs fine.

The emmision light is on and i suspected pre cat lambda sensor........................could it be something else??

would'nt be second one cause that one does'nt matter.. i think it's your precat one

can also be watertemp. sensor so i've read
