182 FF standard wheels and suspension (cooksports soon) what size spacers????

Hi Guys
I am going to be fitting cooksports soon and want to do spacers at the same time.
Anybody have any experience of doing the same that can advise me on what size spacers to buy ?
I dont know / havent read about messing with camber so assume standard camber also.
Any advice would be appreciated

I have a 182 cup packed Clio, I ran standard cup packed wheels, cooksports and 15mm front, 10mm rear spacers with 205/45 R16 tyres. no rubbing

Thats exactly the sort of feedback i want to hear
same wheels and same size tyres as me . Do you think the size of spacers you used gave you a noticable stance improvment ? Do you have any pics ?

Going with 20mm fronts 5 mm rears on mine saves shortening/buying new bolts.
