ive seen this motor loads now and it is an absolut beauty and looks 1 of the best standard 182 s ive seen around

lol yeah its the 54 reg with fancy plate on it , it looks nice and low on back , i wanted to take some pics of it 2day but thought i best not really.

Hi mate, thats mine! sorry for the long delay with the reply, couldnt remember my user name/pw to get on here, just found an old list with it on. Not got the fancy plates on it now, got pulled in burnley around xmas time and he did me 4 them

Question - how do you get it onto the pavement area - looks like a steep kerb......

where the kerb drops (near the street light) theres just enuf space to get passed. It will go down the kerb without grounding (which ive had to do once when i was blocked in)

Rear springs need changing again! (this is the 4th lot) ive managed to snap the other 3 set's (always left hand side) and the one's on it now look like they are ready 2 go any time.
Oh well its all money! needs a service, disks all round and due cam belt change soon, need 2 find some where local other than Renault to do it all, any idea's??

Birchdown m8 - down in Malpas. Around an hour's trek for us up here - but well worth it. Some decent roads around there too.

Mine's going for its cambelt at some point soon. I think I need two new front tyres first though!

Funny you should mention the left rear side having issues on suspension. That was the first corner for one of my dampers to fail. Could be a weak point on the 182s?

Yeah ive had a couple of 'left' dampers on mine, been ok since i got the full 'Gaz' kit from K-tec, seems to have lasted a while but like i said the rear needs changing again now.
Ive been told the reason for the left side going is....
Going too fast round right hand bends (i always thought faster the better) AND you will always go faster round a right hand bend hence the strain on the left hand spring.
I have often thought about how i could put it 2 the test??
